About The Position

Join Miratech as our Talent Acquisition Technology Lead and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our recruiting technology landscape. The purpose of this role is to drive the evolution and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition technology, data, and AI enablement. You will lead the optimization and implementation of technology-driven solutions that enhance our recruiting processes. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with recruiters and leadership, manage vendor relationships, and ensure our systems are scalable and efficient. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, leveraging analytics, and introducing automation to streamline workflows. Requirements

  • Strong understanding of AI, automation, and data analytics.
  • Proven experience managing recruiting technology platforms, including ATS optimization.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI to deliver actionable insights for recruiters and TA leadership.
  • Experience collaborating with recruiters and leadership to deliver technological solutions.
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate technology contracts.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in Talent Acquisition technology.
  • English – Upper-intermediate.

Responsibilities

  • Implement AI and automation solutions to enhance recruiting processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all recruiting technology vendors.
  • Ensure recruiting systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
  • Optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage the overall recruiting technology stack.
  • Maintain high standards for recruiting data integrity and consistency.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for recruiting analytics and reporting.
  • Perform other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role.
