THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: The Talent Acquisition System Analyst supports the technical administration, reporting, and optimization of the applicant tracking system (ATS), iCIMS. This role focuses on system configuration, data and reporting, user support, and process improvement to ensure the recruiting system operates efficiently and supports business hiring needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically minded, and eager to build expertise in HR technology and talent acquisition systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering an ATS (iCIMS required)
  • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and recruiting workflows.
  • Experience with system configuration, reporting, and user security models.
  • Proven ability to support and influence diverse stakeholder groups.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or global TA organizations.

Nice To Haves

  • iCIMS certifications or formal iCIMS training.
  • Experience with HRIS integrations (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday, etc.).
  • Knowledge of EEO/OFCCP reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or large-scale enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Support the configuration, maintenance, and testing of the ATS platform and related modules.
  • Provide day-to-day system support to recruiters and hiring managers; troubleshoot and resolve issues with internal teams or escalate to vendor as needed.
  • Serve as the primary system owner for the ATS, partnering with HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Legal, IT, and vendors to ensure smooth system performance.
  • Monitor data quality and assist with audits, compliance reporting, and system documentation.
  • Support system enhancements and new feature releases, evaluating impacts, conducting user acceptance testing, and communicating changes to stakeholders.
  • Build, maintain, and validate standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
  • Ensure integration health with HRIS, background check providers, assessment tools, and other talent systems.
  • Design and deliver user training and documentation, ensuring recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners use the system effectively.
  • Document recruiting workflows and work with TA and Operations teams to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
