About The Position

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead recruitment efforts for our pediatric and home care services. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-quality HHAs and Nurses while ensuring all hires meet NJ Medicaid requirements and Affirmed Home Care’s standards of excellence. This is a full-time, in-office role offering a $70,000–$80,000 annual salary, based on experience.

Requirements

Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
2+ years of healthcare or home care recruiting (HHAs, LPNs, RNs)
Pediatric or Medicaid recruiting experience required
Strong digital and social recruiting skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Lead recruiting for the new Pediatric Medicaid Division
Manage job postings across multiple platforms
Build community partnerships through job fairs, schools, and networking
Own the full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviewing, compliance, and onboarding
Ensure all hires meet NJ Medicaid and internal standards
Consistently onboard at least 5 fully cleared caregivers per week
Facilitate new-hire orientations
Promote referral programs and employee engagement initiatives
