Job Summary We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team. MTech is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist, who will drive end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent, while upholding consistent global recruiting standards. This role blends strategic sourcing, hands-on recruitment, and a data-driven mindset to build diverse pipelines and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Global process & standards: Collaborate with HR teams in other offices to apply a consistent recruitment process, documentation, and SLAs.
Diverse pipeline building: Improve representation across all funnel stages; leverage referrals, communities, and partnerships.
Full-cycle recruiting: Source, screen, and interview candidates; assess qualifications and present calibrated shortlists.
Offer & compliance: Draft offers, manage background checks, and ensure timely, compliant correspondence throughout the process.
Employer branding: Execute campaigns and content that attract passive candidates and reinforce MTech as an employer of choice.
External partnerships: Build relationships with universities, professional organizations, and diversity networks to expand reach.
Candidate advocacy: Serve as a trusted point of contact; maintain clear, timely communication to elevate candidate experience.
Onboarding handoff: Coordinate with HR to plan and deliver a smooth first-week onboarding for new hires.
Data & reporting: Track and report KPIs (time-to-slate, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diverse-slate %); recommend improvements.
Tools & hygiene: Maintain accurate ATS records and requisition data; uphold data privacy and hiring compliance.
