Requirements
- Academic background in business, human resources or related field preferred
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Verbal and written fluency in both Romanian & English is required
- Ability to influence a variety of stakeholders while driving business results
- Strong communication, organization and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively within a fast paced, change oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process with a variety of stakeholders including leading launch sessions, sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates
- Attract, source and hire talent for operational roles in alignment with business needs and workforce planning.
- Identify, develop, and implement effective talent acquisition strategies for filling roles
- Identify and build proactive relationships to develop talent pipelines
- Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process, and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws
- Promote the nVent brand to build and maintain the reputation as a destination of choice for top talent
- Support Talent Acquisition and Human Resources driven strategic initiatives, as assigned
