Requirements

  • Academic background in business, human resources or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Verbal and written fluency in both Romanian & English is required
  • Ability to influence a variety of stakeholders while driving business results
  • Strong communication, organization and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively within a fast paced, change oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process with a variety of stakeholders including leading launch sessions, sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates
  • Attract, source and hire talent for operational roles in alignment with business needs and workforce planning.
  • Identify, develop, and implement effective talent acquisition strategies for filling roles
  • Identify and build proactive relationships to develop talent pipelines
  • Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process, and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws
  • Promote the nVent brand to build and maintain the reputation as a destination of choice for top talent
  • Support Talent Acquisition and Human Resources driven strategic initiatives, as assigned
