About The Position
Temporary TA Specialist Duration: 12 weeks Location: Ontario, CA Pay: $26.00 to $36.00 Prime Healthcare is an award-winning health system headquartered in Ontario, California. Requirements
- High school diploma/GED, required.
- Experience developing and negotiating job offers.
- Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems.
- Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.
- Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or a related field
- Two years of talent acquisition experience to include sourcing, screening and interviewing, healthcare experience
Responsibilities
- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions within the healthcare system.
- Will achieve talent acquisition through the development of recruiting and selection strategies for sourcing that address the current and future workforce needs at the hospital and regional level.
- Sources and screens candidates for assigned job openings, ensuring minimum qualifications are met, and coordinates and tracks interviews with hiring managers.
- Will work closely with hiring managers, other facility human resource staff, senior leadership, and external vendors to ensure that recruiting practice meet the organization’s needs.

- A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $26.00 to $36.00.
- The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
