The resort is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for full-cycle recruitment for Individual Contributor and Early-in-Career Leadership roles. This role involves leveraging data, sourcing strategies, and partnerships to strengthen the talent pipeline, guiding hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The position is vital for reducing time-to-fill, enhancing recruitment marketing, and supporting local campus and community hiring programs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills
  • Analytical, resourceful, and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems

Responsibilities

  • Leverages data and resources to expand the talent pipeline and reduce administrative time in Talent Acquisition across sourcing, recruitment marketing, and campus/community programs
  • Provides guidance and coaching to hiring managers on recruitment processes and best practices
  • Manages full-cycle recruitment for Individual Contributor and Early-in-Career Leadership roles
  • Oversee full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing recommendations, and assisting with offer negotiation and acceptance
  • Source qualified and diverse candidates for both current roles and future opportunities
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment, offer, and onboarding process
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager on daily recruiting tasks and strategic initiatives
  • Review resumes, coordinate interviews, and maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams
  • Maintain accurate and legally compliant records, logs, and documentation within Workday
  • Post jobs, track applicant flow, and support recruitment marketing efforts
  • Participate in key internal meetings, including Labor, Morning, Staffing, and Planning Committee meetings
  • Train Leaders in People & Culture recruitment processes and procedures
  • Create and run reports (first 90 days, internal candidates, open positions, Excel dashboards, staffing, turnover)
  • Monitor staffing against budget and help anticipate future talent needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with public and private institutions; coordinate and lead job fairs
  • Support Learning & Development processes as needed
  • Protect sensitive information and uphold confidentiality at all times
