About The Position

The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting a wide range of human resources functions, with a primary focus on recruitment and administrative tasks. This role plays a key part in managing the hiring process, assisting with employee onboarding, and providing support for benefits and leave administration. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent service to both employees and candidates.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional HR-related education preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR support or recruitment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with HR systems or applicant tracking systems (e.g., BambooHR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollment and responding to inquiries.
  • Track and process leave requests in compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR documents.
  • Provide general administrative support for HR programs and initiatives.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR procedures and documentation.
