About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting efforts across both hourly manufacturing and salaried/corporate roles. This position will be a key partner to HR, plant leadership, and business managers, driving full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent. A strong background in hourly manufacturing recruitment is required, combined with the ability to manage diverse requisitions across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing high-volume recruiting needs with specialized searches, while ensuring an excellent candidate and manager experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting (manufacturing or industrial environment required).
  • Strong knowledge of workforce dynamics including high-volume hiring, retention challenges, and shift-based staffing.
  • Understanding of recruitment marketing strategies to attract hourly talent (posting optimization, social media campaigns, local outreach).
  • Metrics-driven mindset with experience improving time-to-fill and reducing turnover.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for roles across multiple business functions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with plant managers and supervisors to forecast staffing needs and create targeted recruiting strategies.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, community outreach, employee referrals, job fairs, and workforce agencies.
  • Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates to support current and future staffing demands.
  • Ensure all job postings are accurate, updated, and aligned with TERREPOWER’s brand.
  • Coordinate and manage pre-employment requirements (background checks, drug screens, onboarding documentation).
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, retention, etc.) to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop strong community relationships to build talent pools for hourly roles.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
