Support Talent Acquisition Advisors (TAA) in identifying potential candidates for entry-level, nonexempt positions through various forms of recruitment, such as screening resumes and conducting phone screens. Partner with recruiters on all activities within full lifecycle recruitment Interviews candidates via telephone, video conference and face-to-face Provide sourcing support to the TA staff as needed. Assess potential candidates against target profile/criteria and present candidates to TA team that are worthy of further assessment – via resume content, phone screens, references/referrals, etc. Maintains a tracking system for follow up and reporting. Manages the scheduling of candidate interviews, follow up and the timely completion of preemployment paperwork. Works closely with hiring managers, establishing open ongoing communication regarding current and future hiring needs. Communicates with local HR and hiring manager through the search process. Performs recruitment advertising on public and university job boards, etc. Represents the company at job fairs and on-campus recruiting sessions. Conducts new hire orientation and facilitates onboarding touchpoints with new hire during first 3 months of employment. Travels up to 25%
