About The Position

A Talent Acquisition Specialist with full cycle recruitment experience to support the talent acquisition processes, working closely with our team to ensure that we attract and hire top talent while proactively managing multiple talent projects. As a professional in recruitment, the ideal professional for this role, will have a social media presence to create awareness of our Axxess culture and invite others to join us as we build innovative technology solutions to deliver healthcare in the home.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-3 years of recruitment experience required
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deliver on talent marketing through consistent social media engagement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience guiding the talent process and communicating with senior level leaders
  • High level of employee engagement to create trusting relationships
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work in the Dallas office as this is not a remote position

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate positive relationships with leaders and cross functional partners across the organization.
  • Consult with stakeholders to understand the strategic plans of acquiring the best and brightest talent to deliver Axxess’ goals.
  • Facilitate inclusive and objective hiring processes to ensure candidates are assessed against organizational competencies
  • Manage front-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, documentation and compliance
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques to develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Track and manage candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with each interaction throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all talent tools and technologies are being utilized to their fullest potential.
