About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the strategic workforce needs of our client organization in Salinas, Puerto Rico. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all stakeholders. The specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to diverse job functions. By leveraging data-driven insights and market trends, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and quality of hires. Ultimately, this role contributes directly to building a high-performing workforce that supports the company’s growth and operational excellence in the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (but not required)
  • At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or sales related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse candidate pools and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions across multiple departments.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide guidance on candidate evaluation and selection.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely documentation of recruitment activities.
  • Coordinate and facilitate candidate interviews, assessments, and background checks while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship management.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to optimize sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in the local market.
