About The Position

Responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring candidates for current job openings, ensuring a smooth recruitment process while aligning with the company’s needs and culture.   This position will report into the VP of Human Resources with a dotted line to Executive Directors. This position will be a hybrid model, with 2 to 3 days in office per week.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Two (2) or more years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated use of multiple sourcing tools
  • Experience compiling and managing recruiting metrics
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience recruiting candidates in the property management industry
  • Sourcing candidates located in multiple cites/states, reporting to multiple hiring managers

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and negotiating offers
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions and specifications
  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media and networking events to attract potential candidates
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screens and assess candidates’ skills and experience to ensure a good fit for the role
  • Utilize interview screening questions and guidelines to ensure the correct candidates are selected for hire
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate a positive recruitment experience
  • Represents the company in a professional manner at all times
  • Ability to network through industry contacts, trade groups, sourcing tools and current employees
  • Acts with a sense of urgency, responding to requests clearly and professionally
  • Must prepare and maintain comprehensive recruiting reports
  • Excellent analytical, judgment and organizational skills
  • Ability to respond with tact and diplomacy in challenging or ambiguous situations and a vision to assess and respond to rapidly changing needs
  • Computer literate with specific experience in MS Office applications
