This role is ideal for a recruiter who owns outcomes, operates with structure, and contributes to the continued maturation of a growing TA function. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full‑cycle, individual contributor responsible for managing assigned requisitions from intake through offer acceptance. This role requires sound judgment, strong prioritization, and the ability to make day‑to‑day recruiting decisions independently while operating within established processes, compliance standards, and performance metrics. You will partner closely with hiring managers and guide candidates through a positive, compliant hiring experience while ensuring recruiting activity is accurate, well‑documented, and progressing efficiently. This role is best suited for a proactive recruiter who effectively manages stakeholder relationships and places a high value on data integrity within iCIMS. The Talent Acquisition Specialist works in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple requisitions and initiatives simultaneously. Responsibilities span the full recruitment lifecycle, including talent sourcing, evaluation, interviewing, and offer management, as well as supporting recruitment programs, processes, and employment branding efforts.
