Requirements

• Passion for recruitment with creativity in attraction strategies.
• Proven ability to build trust and develop relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong curiosity and quick thinking skills.
• Solid understanding of recruitment requirements and regulations in Canada and the United States.
• Fluent communication skills in English, with proficiency in French considered a strong asset.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in technology or GovTech.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must be located in specific approved states.
