About The Position

We are now looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Business Support team! The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent aligned with business needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure a proactive, efficient, and high-quality hiring experience while maintaining compliance and promoting employer brand standards. Requirements

  • 2-5 years of proven hands-on experience in talent acquisition
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Bachelors Degree or strong related work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work productively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Awareness of labor market trends, recruitment channels and selection tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting corporate, operational, or high-volume environments preferred
  • Previous experience in iGaming recruitment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions (intake through offer acceptance)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and talent pipelines
  • Screen and evaluate candidates through structured interviews and behavioral-based assessments
  • Coordinate interview processes and provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices
  • Drive a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement
  • Manage offer development in partnership with HR and leadership
  • Track and report recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates
  • Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP (if applicable), and internal hiring policies
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) documentation
  • Support employer branding initiatives and workforce planning efforts
  • Participate in continuous process improvement within Talent Acquisition
