About The Position

We are growing fast, and we need a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is more than just a resume screener. We are looking for a brand ambassador—someone who can tell the PSI story, hunt for top-tier talent in construction and engineering, and provide a "red carpet" experience for every candidate. As our internal recruitment expert, you will own the talent pipeline from first touch to first day: Full-Cycle Ownership: Lead everything from the initial intake meeting with hiring managers to sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers. Strategic Sourcing: Go beyond job boards. You’ll build active pipelines for critical engineering and construction roles, ensuring we stay ahead of our growth. Brand Ambassadorship: Write compelling job postings and represent PSI at industry events and through digital outreach. Data-Driven Recruiting: Use our ATS (JazzHR/Costpoint) to track metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness to continually sharpen our strategy. Seamless Onboarding: Partner with HR Operations to ensure that once a candidate says "Yes," their transition into the team is flawless. We value the people who find our people. At PSI, you’ll enjoy:

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting is preferred. We are also open to high-energy professionals with backgrounds in high-volume sales, cold-calling, and customer or client engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS/HRIS platforms (e.g., JazzHR, iSolved, or Costpoint).
  • You are a meticulous organizer, a proactive problem-solver, and a natural relationship builder who can talk to anyone.
