About The Position

We’re looking for a driven, organized, and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us on a 6-month contract as we scale across multiple global markets. This role is for a true go-getter—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of outcomes, and knows how to deliver top talent across diverse roles and regions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally across multiple geographies or markets
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball
• A determined, self-starting mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort working with ambiguity and evolving requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a global team
• Experience recruiting for a variety of roles (technical, commercial, operations, etc.) is a plus

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting a distributed workforce
• Exposure to payroll processing, benefits, or vendor management
• Fluency in one or more non-English languages

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process end-to-end: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and closing
• Manage multiple roles simultaneously across various functions, levels, and global markets
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies tailored to different regions and talent pools
• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and deliver timely, high-quality hires
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience
• Track recruiting metrics, maintain accurate ATS data, and stay highly organized in a high-volume environment
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and hiring needs as the business scales
