  • Proven ability to find and engage passive talent in competitive labor markets.
  • Comfortable using an ATS and modern sourcing tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to represent the company professionally in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume full lifecycle recruiting for all positions across the organization.
  • Engage both active and passive candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach initiatives.
  • Utilize our Applicant Tracking System to maintain clean candidate workflows and hiring data.
  • Execute field recruiting efforts, including: Attending career fairs and workforce development events. Building relationships with schools, community programs, and local resources. Supporting local community hiring initiatives.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific market conditions and talent needs.
