Responsibilities
Manage high-volume full lifecycle recruiting for all positions across the organization.
Engage both active and passive candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach initiatives.
Utilize our Applicant Tracking System to maintain clean candidate workflows and hiring data.
Execute field recruiting efforts, including:
Attending career fairs and workforce development events.
Building relationships with schools, community programs, and local resources.
Supporting local community hiring initiatives.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific market conditions and talent needs.
