Requirements

  • At least 1 year of hands-on recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced, quick-turn hiring environments
  • A strong sense of ownership, with the confidence to work independently while staying connected to the team
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
  • A team-first mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service to candidates and hiring managers

Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruiting across a mix of high-volume and corporate roles, helping move searches forward with urgency and care
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, provide input, and deliver strong candidate pipelines
  • Create a positive, consistent experience for candidates and internal customers from first touch through onboarding
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and ongoing engagement
