The Talent Acquisition Specialist I is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best of the best talent globally. You will be responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and managing onboarding tasks. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for people are key to success in this role. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; human resources, business, or related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year in full lifecycle recruiting is required.
  • Effective administration and people management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent professional English is required.
  • Works well under pressure and effectively prioritize to meet tight deadlines.
  • Technology savvy, excellent computer and software skills including MS Office 365.
  • Strong organizational and follow up skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately follow processes.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with job platforms, staffing agencies, and colleges to maintain a strong candidate pool.
  • Conduct candidate profiling, initial interviews, and manage interview coordination.
  • Gather candidate data and manager feedback, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Align with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and facilitate intake meetings.
  • Serve as the point of contact for job offers and employment contracts.
  • Ensure timely completion of pre-hiring documentation and pre-boarding requirements.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes, including orientation and pre-employment documentation.
  • Conduct background checks and assessments as required.
  • Assist in developing policies and guidelines, and handle special projects as required.
