Requirements

  • +3 Years of experience as talent acquisition specialist.
  • Sourcing experience for different Positions.
  • Experience in recruiting A-Z.
  • Great learning capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization as well as externally.
  • Ability to understand relevant skills and target non active candidates.
  • Team Player.
  • Recruitment must be your passion:)

  • Familiarity with the recruitment processes and practices in the United States .

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various Go-to-Market roles
  • Partner with hiring managers and take full ownership of the recruiting process from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns.
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand their goals and needs.
  • Supporting our growth efforts in Israel, US and Australia
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
  • Use data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions and optimize processes
  • Promote employer branding through networking events, social media, and other digital platforms
  • Ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional experience for all candidates, leaving a lasting positive impression.
