About The Position

We are looking for a driven and resourceful Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our recruiting team and own proactive pipeline development across multiple hiring verticals. This role blends traditional sourcing techniques and modern AI‑powered sourcing tools to identify, engage, and nurture high-quality passive talent, ensuring we stay ahead of hiring demand with a ready-to-engage pipeline.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination or a related role, ideally in a technology or high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated sourcing skills across both technical (Development, Quant) and non-technical (Finance, Ops, Marketing) functions.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to partner effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft thoughtful, tailored outreach at scale.
  • Experience with AI‑based sourcing tools, like LinkedIn Hiring Assistant.
  • Ability to manage multiple open searches simultaneously while maintaining quality and urgency.
  • Collaborative, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced, recruiting environment.
  • Data mindset - comfortable using pipeline metrics to assess effectiveness and adjust approach.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience sourcing for specialized technical disciplines such as complex software development or machine learning.
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms such as iCIMS.
  • Proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Use advanced Boolean search techniques across LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify high-fit profiles.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for current and future technical roles.
  • Craft personal, compelling candidate outreach aligned with the employer brand.
  • Manage multiple requisitions with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking in ATS/CRM (iCIMS).
  • Deliver consistent pipeline updates and sourcing metrics (InMail response rates, pipeline conversion).
  • Present sourcing recommendations to internal partners.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining high-quality delivery.
  • Contribute to sourcing process improvements, tooling evaluations and team best practices.
