The Talent Acquisition Recruiter role is responsible for full-time talent acquisition efforts for our Northwestern Mutual – Minneapolis office. The task of sourcing and attracting quality full-time talent for this organization is the primary role and will be continuously improved by this individual. Success in this role will require the utilization of one’s natural market, development of trusting internal office relationships with team members and Advisors, utilization of social media outlets, and development of professional referral relationships amongst community connectors to create firm brand awareness, source candidate names, and promote the Financial Advisor role. This role will need a natural, or experienced, sales personality to call, schedule, and nurture relationships with the candidates.
