About The Position

Our experienced talent acquisition team is seeking a creative Technical Recruiter to join our spirited and driven team. We know that what we accomplish with our skills and efforts, directly impact the growth and success of our organization. With your recruiting talent, you will excel at finding top talent in difficult to find places who have varied experience and clearance levels. Your everyday tasks will be diverse and challenging, requiring collaboration with the recruiting team and hiring managers. Your team will develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to find qualified candidates and engage with all passive candidates.

Requirements

Minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.
Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills
Technical recruitment experience in an agency, Government contracting, and/or corporate setting strongly preferred.
Experience in recruiting cleared and non-cleared positions.
Experience recruiting in the Defense Contracting Industry.
Prior experience in the recruitment of candidates who possess a US Government security clearance up to TS/SCI with Polygraph.
A track record of performing extremely well against quotas in recruiting, sourcing, large volumes of qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

Recruit top talent for multiple positions in our Intelligence Group.
Understand innovative recruiting capabilities to pro-actively and creatively source, screen, evaluate, and engage with candidates.
Use Boolean searches, social networking, and personal networks.
Maintain the ATS with precise and organized information on all candidates and activities.
Sustain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with personnel at all levels of the organization.
