About The Position

Noblis is seeking an experienced Intelligence Talent Acquisition professional to build and sustain an exceptional workforce in a high-growth, agile environment. The selected candidate will support efforts across the Intelligence Community and Law Enforcement divisions. This is a hybrid role; The selected candidate is expected to come into the office up to 2 days a week, and as needed by the business.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor's with 8 years of Intel recruiting/sourcing experience, OR Master's degree and 5 years of Intel recruiting/sourcing experience; OR associate degree and 11 years of Intelligence recruiting/sourcing experience; OR a High School/GED diploma with 13 years of Intelligence recruiting/sourcing experience.
  • 8 years of experience recruiting highly cleared candidates within the Intelligence and Law Enforcement communities.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience supporting proposal efforts.
  • Proven experience recruiting highly technical candidates with Top Secret through TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph clearances.
  • Demonstrated proficiency across the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer management, and requisition closure.
  • Ability to effectively manage and support a requisition load of 25–35 positions.
  • Experience with ATS (iCIMS, Taleo, Day Force, or similar system).
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, including OFCCP compliance.

  • Subject matter expertise recruiting highly cleared candidates within the Intelligence and Law Enforcement communities.
  • Established professional networks and working relationships within multiple intelligence agencies.
  • Experience with iCIMS ATS.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform full life cycle recruiting of professional and technical roles for cleared (TS/SCI through Full Scope Poly) positions.
  • Manage a high volume of requisitions at varying levels, both funded and proposal.
  • Establish trusted partnerships and effective working relationships with hiring managers leveraging market intelligence to determine requirements, develop strategies, and drive hiring.
  • Consistently and effectively use the applicant tracking system (iCIMs) ensuring data integrity for accurate reporting.
  • Maximize the use of sourcing tools for speed and scalability in hiring.
  • Ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations and company policies, educating hiring managers as needed.
