Job Description: The Talent Acquisition Puerto Rico Program Lead is responsible for leading both university and experienced hiring efforts in Puerto Rico, inclusive of managing and growing university relationships, early identification programs, campus events and student/onboarding programs, and driving experienced hiring strategy and delivery, including RPO partner oversight, and workforce planning alignment. The TA Puerto Rico Program Lead will be the point-of-contact for Talent Acquisition in Puerto Rico, partnering with business leaders, HR, global TA teams and external partners to build a sustainable, top-talent pipeline and meet recruitment goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Typically 6-10 years of related experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience executing recruitment programs for university and experienced hires for technical talent
  • Good relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with universities and student organizations to enhance the talent pipeline and support early identification programs.
  • Coordinate and execute campus recruitment events, employer branding activities, and student-facing programs; manage volunteers and attendees to ensure positive experiences.
  • Oversite of local campus programs including the Internship and Campus Teams programs, training of hiring peers/volunteers, and budget administration.
  • Align with the Global University Center of Excellence to ensure cohesive global approach and best practices are utilized.
  • Track metrics for campus sourcing, offers, acceptances, and outcomes; recommend continuous improvements.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the business to translate hiring forecasts into actionable recruitment plans for enterprise, technical and senior roles in Puerto Rico.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruiting delivery for experienced roles, ensuring SLAs/KPIs are met and quality-of-hire standards are achieved.
  • Manage and oversee RPO partner performance, providing direction, feedback, and escalation as needed to meet hiring and service-level objectives.
  • Drive strategic hiring projects (new locations, targeted sourcing for skills) and provide market/talent intelligence to the business.
  • Ensure alignment across Executive, University, and Regional TA teams to provide a One-Company approach to talent acquisition.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to business leaders, HRBP, global TA functions, and external partners (universities, RPOs, event vendors).
  • Consult with and coach hiring managers and HR leadership on hiring strategy, interview process, and candidate experience.
  • Manage communications and performance reporting to stakeholders using ROI and metrics.
  • Implement scalable processes and data-driven improvements to increase recruiting efficiency and candidate quality.
  • Create training and onboarding materials for campus volunteers, hiring managers, and TA partners.
  • Uses advanced business knowledge and subject matter expertise to design the hiring and talent attraction strategy locally
  • Assesses the efficiency of staffing tools, identifies gaps and presents opportunities to management.
