The Talent Acquisition Provider Recruiter will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, managing a high-volume provider desk and mentoring the Talent Acquisition Provider Recruiter. This role will facilitate the recruiting process, including sourcing, qualifying candidates, screening candidates, conducting in-depth interviews, facilitating interviews with hiring managers, conducting debriefs and decision-making sessions and placing successful candidates. The ideal candidate is capable of independently managing a large desk of positions and any follow-up conversations between management and candidates.
