Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience recruiting for a hardware manufacturing or semi-conductor company preferred.
  • Preferred experience recruiting for a lab / fab organization - with both engineering and technician roles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the recruitment process in a country/sub-region (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
  • Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
  • Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
  • Build quality relationship with the internal customers and external agencies, colleges, institutes and associations
  • Monitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process and provide input to improve and streamline recruitment processes.
  • Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
  • Manage the recruitment of manager to executive level positions.
  • Pro-actively sourcing candidates from the internet and the competition to identify candidates for the hard-to-fill positions.
  • Utilize/maintain the ATS system for sourcing, reporting, metrics and provide feedback to streamline the recruitment process for global efficiency.
  • Utilize/leverage/develop relationships with outside vendors, web sites, and niche posting sites.
  • Train/mentor new recruiters on global recruiting processes and tools.
  • Effectively partner with all areas of HR to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires.
  • Utilize recruitment budget within given targets.
  • Participate in global staffing initiatives as country/regional representative
