Taking a regional approach (or global as required by the business). You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process taking on a full end to end process starting with manager briefings through to managing candidates and negotiating offers. We are looking for an experienced person who can add additional value by providing strategic guidance, market updates and quantitative data to the business. From time to time you will be required to own and deliver small workstreams. Your main role will be to support our Hiring of BDR/Inside salespeople in the Leeds (UK) region including attending local events and career fairs. You will be tasked with running assessment centres for multiple candidates to attract sales people. Your role will see you support several operations in the Leeds area including our new M&A RAM Acquisition and as such you will be required to visit their site and meet managers as required.
