About The Position

Jensen Hughes is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full cycle recruiting efforts across the U.S and Canada, with a primary focus on General & Administrative (G&A) functions and University/Early Career hiring. This role is ideal for a Recruiter who enjoys balancing corporate recruiting with early-career talent development and is looking to broaden their impact within a collaborative, growing organization. The position is hybrid or fully remote within the continental United States. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for G&A roles while supporting university and internship hiring initiatives across the U.S. and Canada. This individual will work closely with hiring managers, regional Senior Talent Acquisition Partners and HR Business Partners to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year, U.S.-accredited college or university.
  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting including corporate/G&A roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Detail-oriented, highly communicative, and proactive in engaging with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-state environment.
  • Willingness to travel for campus events, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer development, and negotiations.
  • Recruit for corporate and business support functions such as HR, Finance/Accounting, IT, Enterprise Applications, Digital/Software, Business Development, Marketing and Legal.
  • Proactively build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referral programs.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate progress and market insights.
  • Design and execution of a cohesive North America university recruiting strategy aligned to the hiring plan in partnership with the region Senior Talent Acquisition Partners.
  • Lead university recruiting initiatives including coordinating logistics and attending career fairs, campus outreach, and internship and new graduate hiring activities.
  • Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and interview scheduling for intern and entry-level roles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with university career centers, student organizations and early-career talent pools.
  • Contribute to strengthening Jensen Hughes’ employer brand on campus and in early-career markets.
  • Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within recruiting systems.
  • Support reporting on early-career metrics and measuring program effectiveness using data-driven insights (conversion rates, retention metrics, and ROI analysis).
  • Provide feedback from campus interactions to Senior Talent Acquisition Partners to inform ongoing program improvements.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure equitable and inclusive hiring strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR and key stakeholders to support workforce needs and meet hiring timelines.
  • Utilize Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and other tools to proactively identify and engage talent.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and documentation in Greenhouse ATS.
  • Promote and support the Employee Referral Program.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiencies.
