The Talent Acquisition Partner leads full-cycle recruiting for engineering, commissioning, field, and professional roles. This role focuses on delivering a high-quality, relationship-centered hi ring experience that reflects EEI’s values from first contact through offer acceptance.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical or engineering environments.
  • Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and fair hiring practices.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer.
  • Source and engage active and passive candidates.
  • Screen for technical qualifications and cultural alignment.
  • Partner closely with hiring leaders on role clarity and hiring decisions.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure compliance with fair hiring standards.
  • Support smooth onboarding transitions in partnership with HR.
  • Represent EEI at recruiting events and career fairs as needed.
