About The Position

This role is a pivotal position within a dynamic, international recruiting team, responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across the U.S. and Canada. The Talent Acquisition Partner focuses on critical hires in Sales, Marketing, and Research while also supporting roles in IT, Finance, and Data & Analytics. You will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, building talent pipelines for niche positions, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role offers a blend of strategic influence, hands-on sourcing, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact organizational growth and talent quality. Ideal candidates are autonomous, culturally agile, and capable of navigating international time zones and complex recruiting challenges.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Talent advisor mindset with the ability to guide hiring managers effectively.
  • Proven sourcing expertise, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a virtual, international environment, managing multiple time zones.
  • Skilled at leveraging data to influence recruitment strategy and improve talent acquisition outcomes.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of self-direction in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive experience for candidates, hiring teams, and HR partners.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and talent availability.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and specialized roles.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates, feedback, and coaching throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with recruiting team members to foster a service-oriented culture that delivers timely and diverse talent.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategy and improve processes.
  • Support recruitment initiatives across multiple functions, including Sales, Marketing, Research, IT, Finance, and Data & Analytics.
