About The Position

Team Credo is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across the U.S. and other international locations, partnering closely with hiring managers to define needs, manage pipelines, and deliver high-quality hires. This role develops and executes sourcing strategies to attract diverse technical talent while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The partner conducts candidate interviews aligned with company values and ensures a consistent, efficient hiring experience. This role will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Base salary range is $100,000 - $140,000 a year. The base salary offer will depend on factors such as education, experience, training, skills, qualifications, and location. Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technical recruiting, with knowledge of hardware engineering, data, and/or software talent markets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and hands-on experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process by partnering closely with hiring managers to define role scope, responsibilities, qualifications, and organizational fit.
  • Maintain a regular cadence with hiring managers to review pipeline health, discuss candidate progress, and align on hiring priorities.
  • Manage and be accountable for end-to-end recruiting activities across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to engage top talent and build diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Expand and cultivate talent sources by engaging internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure diverse and high-quality candidate pools.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition leadership to continuously improve hiring processes and implement best practices.
  • Conduct candidate interviews aligned with Credo’s values and assess both technical capability and cultural fit.
  • Track, analyze, and provide well-documented recruiting metrics and status reports to stakeholders.
