Team Credo is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across the U.S. and other international locations, partnering closely with hiring managers to define needs, manage pipelines, and deliver high-quality hires. This role develops and executes sourcing strategies to attract diverse technical talent while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The partner conducts candidate interviews aligned with company values and ensures a consistent, efficient hiring experience. This role will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Base salary range is $100,000 - $140,000 a year. The base salary offer will depend on factors such as education, experience, training, skills, qualifications, and location.
