About The Position

This isn’t a sit-back-and-wait recruiting job. It’s a relationship business. In this role, you’ll spend your day talking to people, building trust, and figuring out how to connect the right talent to the right opportunity — often before they even realize they’re looking. You’ll be on the phone, in inboxes, and in conversations constantly, learning our business, understanding what great talent looks like at TSS, and helping protect the quality of the people we bring into the company. You’ll need curiosity, persistence, and a little grit. Sometimes the perfect candidate isn’t applying — you have to go find them. That means getting creative with sourcing, teaching yourself new tools and techniques, and being willing to try something different when the usual path doesn’t work. If you’re looking for a quiet, transactional recruiting job, this isn’t it. If you enjoy fast-paced conversations, relationship-building, and the thrill of finding the right person when others can’t — keep reading.
