About The Position

This is an hourly contract position and will work with the existing US based Talent Acquisition team in Dallas, TX.
To identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs, playing a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong workforce.

Requirements

• You have three plus years experience in full‑cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding techniques
• You are a critical thinker who enjoys solving problems and demonstrates excellent time management skills
• You thrive in fast‑paced environments and are comfortable working in a global organization and adapting to change

Nice To Haves

• You ideally have prior recruiting experience in investor services or alternative asset space
• You have the proven ability to source passive talent and maintain related email campaigns

Responsibilities

• Execute both local and global recruitment strategies to align hiring efforts
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule follow‑up interviews with hiring teams
• Manage the candidate pipeline and applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws
• Support the teams in writing and posting job descriptions that follow global guidelines and standards
• Respond promptly to candidates and participate in job fairs or recruitment events when needed
