About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering high-impact talent acquisition solutions and supporting strategic people initiatives across the organization. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning recruiting strategies with organizational goals while enhancing the overall employee experience. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment in corporate, consulting, or agency environments
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting the development of team members
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Experience with digital sourcing tools, social media recruiting, and recruitment analytics
  • Strong project management and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • AEC industry strongly preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor to managers, partnering with leadership to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across a variety of roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and efficient hiring process
  • Utilize workforce planning and talent market insights to inform recruiting strategies and decision-making
  • Support employer branding efforts and leverage digital recruitment tools, social media, and analytics to attract top talent
  • Develop and enhance strategic partnerships with colleges and universities
  • Mentor or provide guidance to junior team members as needed
  • Participate in or lead talent acquisition-related projects and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and best practices
