About The Position

Togetherwork is strengthening its Talent Acquisition function to support continued growth across our SaaS portfolio. We are seeking a highly disciplined, full-cycle Talent Acquisition Partner who can operate independently across multiple verticals, with primary strength in technical recruiting. This role will anchor heavily in Product Development hiring (Backend Engineering, Data Engineering, DevOps) while flexing into additional verticals as business demand requires, including: Corporate Customer Support / Business Operations Sales Marketing Product (as needed) This is a contract position, paid through Togetherwork payroll. High performers may be considered for full-time conversion based on performance and business need. This role requires maturity, urgency, and accountability. It is not a coordination role. This is a high-rigor recruiting environment. We are looking for someone who: Operates with strong ownership and does not wait to be directed Maintains strict discipline around ATS hygiene and reporting Closes loops with stakeholders consistently and proactively Drives searches forward with urgency Anticipates bottlenecks before they occur Is comfortable managing multiple complex searches simultaneously Understands that recruiting in a growth-stage SaaS company requires flexibility and sustained execution This is not a 9-to-5 mindset role. While we respect work-life balance, this position requires responsiveness, follow-through, and the willingness to extend effort when business needs demand it. Product and engineering hiring does not always operate on predictable timelines. If you prefer narrowly defined hours or a low-urgency pace, this will not be the right fit.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS or technology environments
  • Demonstrated success hiring technical talent (Backend, Data, DevOps)
  • Experience recruiting across multiple verticals (technical + business functions)
  • Proven ability to manage 10–15 concurrent requisitions
  • Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, PE-backed or high-growth environments
  • High personal accountability and operational discipline
  • Clear, concise communication style
  • Comfort operating independently in a remote environment

Nice To Haves

  • Greenhouse experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer
  • Technical searches across backend, data, and DevOps roles
  • Intake calibration with senior Product and Engineering leaders
  • Proactive sourcing strategy beyond inbound applicants
  • Structured interview alignment and debrief management
  • Accurate and disciplined ATS workflow management
  • Weekly stakeholder updates and hiring progress reporting
  • Candidate experience from first touch through close
