About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter role is an integral part of our HR service delivery model and provides a platform for professional growth. This role will be responsible for operational excellence in driving full-cycle recruitment across the firm. As a partner, the role is accountable for job fulfillment targets and delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with our mission and values. The Talent Acquisition Partnership will focus on filling requisitions, developing sourcing strategies, and building a talent pipeline.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of human resources experience performing talent acquisition and recruiting workstreams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, criminal justice, or a related field.
  • Experience with technology platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media.
  • Exhibits drive and adaptability, with a desire to advance along a planned learning career arc.
  • Hyper-responsive.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrated experience developing relationships.
  • Drives operational outcomes with urgency.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated skill in managing workload effectively and seeing projects through to completion.
  • Exhibits resourcefulness commensurate with a level of urgency to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and pre-start date onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leaders on building job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to develop and execute sourcing strategies to help attract talent.
  • Conduct candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and behavioral competencies.
  • Spearhead the first touch point and cultivate a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Build a talent pipeline by leveraging technology and networking events to attract passive candidates.
  • Report on key recruitment data to hold managers accountable for agreed-upon hiring timelines.
  • Participate in projects such as upgrading HR recruitment systems and implementing new HR technology.
  • Manage accurate and confidential employee recruitment records, including all pre-hire date offer documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
