We hired dozens of lawyers from premier U.S. law firms and trained them as Legal Engineers, who specialize in Large Language Model powered legal workflows. Norm Ai technology is deployed inside many of the largest and most consequential institutions in the world. The company is growing quickly and hiring across all teams. We’re looking for an experienced TA Partner who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is passionate about building exceptional teams from the ground up. You will be instrumental in helping Norm Ai scale the Legal Engineering team, a critical department at our organization. While you will own recruiting for Legal Engineering, you will also hire top-tier legal talent across the organization, with the opportunity to build recruiting processes and work closely with our leadership team. You will operate as a true partner to hiring managers, from defining roles to closing candidates.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter.
Proven track record of attracting top talent.
Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building from scratch.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross functional partners.

Nice To Haves

Experience hiring in AI, Legal, or LegalTech spaces.
Experience at an early-stage venture-backed company.
Familiarity with Ashby.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Partner directly with hiring managers and founders to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Build, iterate, and scale recruiting processes tailored to a high-growth startup environment.
Drive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates through creative channels.
Deliver a top-tier candidate experience.
Maintain a strong pulse on the talent market and provide insights on competitive hiring trends.
Represent Norm Ai, helping to define and build our employer brand and candidate pitch.
Track and report on pipeline metrics and recruiting performance.
