About The Position

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, GTM (Temp), you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth, development, and success of our GTM teams. By partnering closely with hiring managers, you will deeply understand their needs, strategically build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint. Requirements

  • Based in the Los Angeles or Phoenix metropolitan area, with the ability to work from one of our offices on occasion
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience in a search firm or corporate environment, ideally within the tech industry
  • Proven ability to hire for GTM roles ranging from entry level to senior manager positions
  • Demonstrated success in managing a high volume of diverse requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Greenhouse and GoodTime
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of solving problems independently while building strong relationships
  • Collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence using data
  • Track record of building or refining recruiting processes, workflows, or playbooks that improve velocity and quality of hire
  • A skilled negotiator with an understanding of corporate and sales compensation structures, including base, variable and equity to secure the best talent within parameters set by our Comp Team
  • Consultative with the composure to handle high volume
  • Experience building partnerships and supporting a complex set of stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles
  • Utilize direct sourcing strategies to engage both passive and active candidates
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for hiring teams and a seamless experience for candidates
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
  • Support additional projects as needed
