Landing is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own hiring outcomes for Field Operations. This role is not just about filling roles. It is about building a reliable pipeline of operators who can perform in the field and protect the business from bad hires. Field ops hiring is what keeps our member experience running. Our team manages thousands of check-ins and hundreds of installations per month across a growing national portfolio. When roles sit open or the wrong hire is made, our teams absorb the impact and performance drops. Your job is to make sure that does not happen. You will be responsible for building pipelines, screening for real operational capability, and consistently delivering candidates who can operate independently, handle chaos, and stay accountable without oversight.
