Why this job’s a big deal: As the TA Ops Specialist, you will play a critical role in overseeing the programs, systems, and operational workflows that power our global hiring efforts. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People & Culture, Legal, IT, and business leaders to elevate onboarding, interview operations, employer brand channels, and AI-enabled hiring practices. Your work will directly shape the experience of our candidates, new hires, and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required – preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or HR programs
  • Strong understanding of ATS systems (Workday) and interview scheduling platforms (GoodTime)
  • Demonstrated experience driving process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Comfortable analyzing program feedback and operational data to inform decisions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to partner with senior stakeholders
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive candidate and employee information

Responsibilities

  • Interview Operations & Scheduling Excellence: Oversee interview coordination processes, including executive-level scheduling. Ensure accuracy, quality control, and a seamless candidate experience. Serve as a subject matter expert on scheduling tools and workflows while identifying opportunities to streamline and scale operations.
  • Employer Brand & Talent Communications: Support management of LinkedIn, careers site content, and other candidate-facing platforms. Partner cross-functionally to ensure messaging is current, aligned, and reflective of our talent strategy.
  • Vendor & Systems Management: Oversee recruiting-related vendor agreements and documentation. Manage key TA tools and systems to ensure compliance, effective utilization, and continuous improvement.
  • Process Optimization & Workflow Enhancement: Identify and implement scalable process improvements across the hiring lifecycle. Standardize templates, documentation, and communication workflows. Partner with HR and technology teams to optimize ATS configurations and hiring processes.
  • AI & Innovation in Hiring: Support the responsible integration of AI-enabled tools to improve recruiter and interviewer efficiency. Partner cross-functionally to ensure compliant implementation and embed evolving skill criteria, including AI fluency where appropriate, into hiring practices.
  • Knowledge Management & Operational Governance: Maintain and enhance TA documentation, resources, and internal knowledge bases. Ensure operational controls, data integrity, and system governance standards are upheld.
