In this high-impact role, you’ll partner closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition to design scalable processes, leverage data to drive decisions, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. This role is based in Boston, MA and follows a hybrid work model, with in-office work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays. Occasional travel may be required for interviews, recruiting events, or stakeholder meetings. The salary range for this role is $115,000-$135,000 with a 10% annual performance bonus potential.
