About The Position

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager who is equal parts strategist, builder, and leader to modernize and elevate our recruiting function nationwide. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition to design scalable processes, leverage data to drive decisions, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. This role is based in Boston, MA and follows a hybrid work model, with in-office work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays. Occasional travel may be required for interviews, recruiting events, or stakeholder meetings. The salary range for this role is $115,000-$135,000 with a 10% annual performance bonus potential.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience across high-volume exempt and non-exempt roles in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Background in industries such as property management, construction/skilled trades, hospitality, retail, service, or healthcare.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or managing Talent Acquisition professionals.
  • Proven success building and executing recruiting strategies and improving processes.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills using ATS platforms (Dayforce preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
  • Knowledge of employer branding, social recruiting, and candidate experience best practices.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (High School Diploma or GED required).

  • Experience with candidate or hiring manager surveys is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize talent acquisition operations, including reporting, systems, vendor management, and process efficiency.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing TA Operations team.
  • Partner with Marketing & Communications to strengthen employer brand and talent attraction strategies.
  • Build and analyze KPIs, team performance metrics, and market insights to guide decision-making.
  • Design and deliver training programs for hiring managers to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Oversee key programs including onboarding WinnStarts, background checks, and employee referrals.
  • Manage recruiting forecasts, budgets, and monthly re-projections.
  • Advise leaders and hiring managers on hiring challenges and workforce strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on broader Talent Management initiatives.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to onboard and train TA team members.
  • Support campus recruiting strategies and university partnerships.
  • Champion a consistent, positive candidate experience across all touchpoints.
  • Lead special projects and adapt to evolving business needs.
