As a Talent acquisition and Onboarding Administrator at Pine Rest, you’ll be part of tight-knit team that believes in the healing power of your expertise and compassion. The Talent Acquisition and Onboarding (TAO) Administrator is responsible for the coordination and completion of all aspects of the Human Resources onboarding process for new hires entering the organization. Working with other members of the Talent Acquisition team, this role also provides assistance with managing the full life cycle recruiting and staffing processes through all appropriate avenues to include: conducting new hire orientation to ensure new hires have positive experience as they enter Pine Rest, assist with coordinating the interview process and making offers to candidates when necessary. The TAO Administrator may also help with re-recruitment and promotions to ensure internal employees have a seamless experience as they transfer into a new role.
