About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager will initially be focused on our employer brand related to improving recruiting quantity and quality. They will help us build our employer brand presence to attract and keep the state’s best sales talent. They will have the opportunity to partner with multiple stakeholders at both market level and national level including Recruiting, Sales Leadership, Training, Corporate HR and Legal, Marketing/Merchandising and Facilities to accomplish the mission. Their specialty and background should be working at the intersection of marketing, digital engagement and talent acquisition planning.

Requirements

  • 4 year degree
  • 10 years in Digital Marketing, Branding and Talent Acquisition
  • Must be able to perform repetitious hand/eye movement.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to drive.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of how to optimize recruitment marketing content and channels
  • Experience working with creative and digital vendors to develop content, optimize channels, and implement brand-compliant materials
  • Proven experience in developing recruiting collateral
  • Experience at multiple companies

Responsibilities

  • Increase quality applications month over month and improve applicants’ likelihood to move through each step in hiring process.
  • Identifying deficits in our employer brand message and talent sourcing strategy.
  • Continually developing, communicating, and aligning Cellular Sales’ Brand and Employee Value Proposition within all recruitment processes as well as within our current and future internal employee retention programs.
  • Creating fresh recruiting and retention driven content in the form of digital or social media, print collateral, internal communications, and the like.
  • Developing a new marketing strategy that supports fresh, internal referral programs and various recruiting events.
  • Developing a scorecard to track and measure the ROI of all recruitment marketing activities.
  • Identify areas of opportunity within Google Hire/Ads for CSVA and other media/search platforms (Spotify, Radio, etc).
