About The Position

This role leads West Bend’s enterprise talent acquisition function, overseeing strategy, operations, and a high-performing TA team to attract and hire top talent. It partners with HRBPs and leaders to forecast workforce needs, optimize recruiting processes and systems, strengthen the employer brand, and ensure an outstanding, compliant candidate and hiring-manager experience while driving data‑informed, continuous improvement across all TA practices. You play a critical role in shaping how West Bend attracts, evaluates, and brings talent into the organization. Working closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders you’ll anticipate workforce needs, shape talent acquisition plans, and ensure every interaction reflects who we are and where we’re headed. This role blends thoughtful strategy with hands-on execution and is designed for a leader who can comfortably navigate both. You’ll be responsible for: Setting a clear, practical talent acquisition strategy aligned to West Bend’s business priorities Leading and developing a team of talent acquisition specialists - setting expectations, removing obstacles, and raising the bar on quality Bringing consistency and rigor to how we intake roles, source talent, facilitate interviews, and close offers Partnering with leaders to think differently about talent and hiring decisions Using data and insight to spot issues, improve outcomes, and tell a clear story about what’s working and what’s not Ensuring our talent acquisition tools, vendors, and processes enable better work Elevating our employment brand in real, tangible ways through partnerships, events, early-career programs, and community presence Ensuring our talent acquisition practices are fair, compliant, and aligned with our values You’ll also play a key role in continuous improvement - testing ideas, refining processes, and partnering with the Talent COE where shared solutions make sense.
