Requirements

  • Experience Implementing AI recruitment tools, ATS optimization, and data analytics for talent acquisition
  • Ability to connect with people, build trust, and maintain long-term partnerships
  • Proven track record of building scalable processes that improve efficiency and outcomes
  • Thrives in changing situations and can drive innovation while managing competing priorities
  • Experience developing and leading high performing recruitment teams

  • Understanding of clinical roles and patient-care environments
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Technology Innovation: Implement AI-powered recruitment tools, automated screening processes, and predictive analysis to identify and engage top candidates
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, understanding their unique needs and advising them as necessary
  • Scalable Systems: Design recruitment processes that can grow with Aizer while maintaining quality and cultural fit
  • Executive Recruitment: Personally manage recruitment for senior clinical and leadership positions requiring nuanced assessment
  • Team Development: Hire, mentor and lead recruitment team members, creating a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Market Positioning: Establish Aizer as an employer of choice through strategic venue selection and community engagement
