In this role, you will lead the organization’s recruitment and hiring efforts and help build the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice through community engagement, partnerships, and effective employer branding. You’ll track recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement in workforce outcomes and improved quality of hires. You’ll work closely with leaders at all levels of the organization to address critical staffing needs, implement organization-wide initiatives, and strengthen the organization’s brand.
