About The Position

Are you an experienced full-cycle recruiter who enjoys building strong teams and creating an exceptional candidate experience? Legacy Restoration is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting efforts, build a strong talent pipeline, and partner with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. In this role, you'll guide candidates through the entire hiring process-from sourcing and interviews to offers and onboarding-while helping ensure every new hire has a positive start with our organization. This position typically works Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, Recruiting Lead, or Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
  • Working knowledge of ATS platforms and recruiting systems
  • Familiarity with behavioral assessment tools (Predictive Index preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with leaders and understand hiring needs across departments
  • Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting – Lead the recruiting process from job description development and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration – Partner with hiring managers to post requisitions, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support strong hiring decisions.
  • Candidate Experience – Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Onboarding Support – Facilitate pre-boarding and Day One communication to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared.
  • Talent Pipeline Development – Build relationships with potential candidates, attend recruiting events or career fairs, and support employer branding initiatives.
  • Recruiting Metrics – Track recruiting activity and maintain reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
